Terms of Service 1. Introduction Welcome to our casual game , developed and operated by nikumarugames studio (hereinafter referred to as "We", "Us" or "Our"). These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of the Game, including all features, content, and services provided through the Game. In-App Purchases The Game may offer optional in-app purchases (such as virtual coins, hints, or ad-free access) (the "In-App Purchases"). All In-App Purchases are processed through the Apple App Store, and are subject to Apple’s App Store Terms of Service and Payment Terms. We are not a party to the transaction between you and Apple, and Apple is solely responsible for processing payments and handling any payment-related issues. All In-App Purchases are non-refundable, unless required by applicable law or Apple’s refund policy. We reserve the right to modify the pricing, availability, and features of In-App Purchases at any time, without prior notice. Virtual items obtained through In-App Purchases or gameplay are for personal use only, and have no real-world value. You shall not trade, sell, or transfer virtual items to any third party. 6. Termination We may terminate or suspend your access to the Game at any time, without prior notice, if you violate any of these Terms, or if we determine that your use of the Game is harmful to us, other users, or third parties. You may also terminate your use of the Game at any time by uninstalling the Game from your device. Upon termination of these Terms, your license to use the Game shall immediately terminate, and you shall uninstall the Game from your device. Sections 3 (Intellectual Property), 7 (Disclaimer of Warranties), 8 (Limitation of Liability), 9 (Governing Law), and 10 (Miscellaneous) shall survive termination. 7.
